New construction single family home perched on a steep lot with a thirty-foot drop from front to back. The building stretches between these extremes with three floors separating the lower-level entrance and garage from the main entry on the third floor. The project is currently under construction and aims to be completed in Summer of 2024. It is currently on track to achieve LEED Platinum with near passive house levels of air infiltration and insulation.
