Legal & Safety Status in Australia
Questions about Spinrise Casino Australia availability come down to one federal law. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) makes it an offence for operators to provide online casino games and pokies to people in Australia. The law targets operators, not players, so playing is not an offence for the individual.
No Australian licence exists for online casinos. According to the site footer, spinrise.com is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica (company reg. no. 3-102-911867), under E-gaming licence No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) directs internet providers to block illegal offshore gambling sites, with more than 1,800 blocked since November 2019, so access can change. There is no Australian regulator or dispute body for this type of site: complaints go to the casino first, then to the licensing body. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, covers only Australian-licensed wagering providers, not offshore casinos.
Spinrise Casino Pros and Cons
Our casino suits players who want a large pokies library, AUD accounts, crypto banking and a welcome package spread across three deposits, with a High Roller route for bigger first deposits. We are a good fit if you are comfortable with an offshore site and read bonus terms in full. We are not the right choice if you want local regulation or an Australian dispute body, or if you prefer bonuses with low wagering.
Pros
- 7,000+ games from 100+ providers
- Welcome bonus chosen at sign-up and applied automatically to the deposit
- Crypto and e-wallet payouts in 0–24 hours after a pending period of up to 48 hours
- VIP perks from day 1, with daily cashback from Silver tier
- Installable web app that needs no app store
Cons
- No Australian licence: offshore only, with no local dispute body or BetStop coverage
- 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus and 5-day validity, per bonus terms
- Two T&C clauses flagged as unfair by Casino Guru (see Section 7)
- AskGamblers complaints allege that self-exclusion and closure requests were not actioned
Security and Fair Play
Licensing and regulation. The casino operates under the Tobique Gaming Commission licence held by Metlait SRL (see Section 3), not an Australian licence. The Commission is the last escalation point for unresolved complaints.
Data protection. To use Spinrise Casino online safely, confirm you are on spinrise.com rather than a clone domain, check for the padlock (HTTPS encryption) in your browser’s address bar, and read the privacy policy before entering personal or payment details.
Identity checks. Verification of ID, address and payment method is part of the withdrawal process (see Section 6), and the rules are set out in the KYC Policy listed in the site footer. They help prevent fraud and underage play.
Fair play and RNG. Pokies and table games come from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Yggdrasil and ELK Studios, and outcomes are produced by each game’s random number generator. Check each game’s info screen for its rules and RTP.
Responsible gambling. Play is restricted to adults aged 18+. Deposit and loss limits and self-exclusion are available, but they are applied on request rather than switched on automatically. The footer also lists a Responsible Gaming page.
How to Join Spinrise Casino
Registration is completed directly on spinrise.com, and the form also lets you choose your welcome offer. You need a valid email address to start.
Spinrise Casino Sign Up Steps
- Open spinrise.com and choose the registration option.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Choose AUD as your account currency.
- In the “Select your bonus” field, pick the offer you want (see Section 7).
- Confirm you are 18 or older, accept the terms and conditions, then make your first deposit in the cashier.
After registration, use your Spinrise Casino login details (the same email and password) on desktop, in mobile browsers and in the web app.
Do You Need an Agent?
No. You register yourself on the site. No agent, broker or third party is involved at any stage, and nobody else needs access to your account.
Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, the casino may ask you to confirm your identity. If verification is not completed within two weeks, the account can be locked, so upload documents promptly. Having them ready stops the check from delaying your first withdrawal.
- Upload a clear photo ID.
- Upload a recent document that shows your residential address.
- Provide proof of payment for the deposit method you used.
- Wait for the review, which takes 0–72 hours, and check your email for any follow-up requests.
Spinrise Casino Bonus
Read the Bonus T&Cs in the site footer before you opt in, and remember that bonuses are optional.
Welcome Bonus
We spread the welcome package across your first three deposits. You choose the offer in the sign-up form, and it is applied to your deposit automatically. Review sites also list the codes RISE, RISE77 and RISE55 for the cashier.
| Offer | Match | Max bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Deposit Bonus | 111% | A$777 | 111 |
| High Roller Bonus (first-deposit alternative) | 125% | A$3,333 | 125 |
| First Live Deposit Bonus (first-deposit alternative) | 111% | A$777 for live casino | — |
| Second Deposit Bonus | 77% | A$1,111 | 77 |
| Third Deposit Bonus | 55% | A$1,111 | 55 |
The maximum of A$5,555 + 257 FS applies when you take the High Roller Bonus first, then the second and third deposit bonuses. The standard route through the First Deposit Bonus adds up to A$2,999 + 243 FS.
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 40x deposit + bonus, per bonus terms |
| Validity | 5 days, per bonus terms |
| Free spins | First-deposit spins credited over 2 days on a selected BGaming slot |
One practical Spinrise Casino strategy is to pick a deposit size where 40x wagering is realistic within five days, then withdraw soon after wagering is complete. Casino Guru flags two clauses in our terms as unfair: bonus winnings may be capped if they are not withdrawn right after wagering, and “low-risk play” can lead to winnings being confiscated.

All Games & Software Providers
The lobby holds 7,000+ titles from 100+ providers. Studios in the site footer include Amatic, Quickspin, VoltEnt, Betsoft, EGT, Endorphina, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, ELK Studios and Yggdrasil, alongside Play’n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming and BGaming. Categories cover pokies, jackpots, bonus buy games, table games and crash or instant games, while the Live Casino section runs hundreds of tables, including Evolution’s Lightning Roulette.
Many titles have a demo mode, so Spinrise Casino free play lets you learn a game’s features before you stake real money. The Game of the Month and Pre-Release offers (see Section 7) add free spins on featured and early-access titles.
RTP note: the figures below are provider defaults. The version at the casino may differ, and every Spinrise Casino game lists its rules and RTP in the info screen. Each pick below has its own table with type, provider, volatility, RTP and key feature, so you can compare them at a glance.
Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS
A BGaming pokie built on the TRUEWAYS mechanic, from the same studio as the welcome free-spins slot. Like the other picks here, it has high volatility, so wins tend to arrive less often but can be larger.
| Type | Provider | Volatility | RTP | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video slot | BGaming | High | See game info | TRUEWAYS mechanic |
Gates of Olympus
A Pragmatic Play pokie where winning symbols tumble away and random multipliers can land on the reels. High volatility means results can swing widely between sessions.
| Type | Provider | Volatility | RTP | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video slot | Pragmatic Play | High | 96.50% | Tumble + multipliers up to 500x |
Book of Dead
A Play’n GO pokie where one randomly chosen symbol expands across the reels during free spins.
| Type | Provider | Volatility | RTP | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video slot | Play’n GO | High | 96.21% | Expanding symbol in free spins |
Wanted Dead or a Wild
A Hacksaw Gaming pokie with three separate bonus modes, giving it more variety than a game with a single free-spins round.
| Type | Provider | Volatility | RTP | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video slot | Hacksaw Gaming | High | 96.38% | Three bonus modes |
Sweet Bonanza
A second Pragmatic Play pick, where wins pay anywhere on the screen and multiplier bombs can drop during free spins.
| Type | Provider | Volatility | RTP | Key feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video slot | Pragmatic Play | High | 96.48% | Pay-anywhere tumbles, multiplier bombs |
Spinrise Casino Payment Methods
Spinrise Casino AU payment options are not listed separately: the methods shown in the cashier depend on your region. The site footer shows Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort, Neteller, Skrill, Jeton, Neosurf, Santander, bank transfer and Bitcoin. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier (see Section 7), and the minimum withdrawal is higher than the minimum deposit. No casino fee is listed for any method; check the cashier before you confirm a payment.
| Method | Limits | Speed (after 0–48 h pending) | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin, other crypto | Tier daily cap | 0–24 h | None listed |
| Skrill, Neteller | Tier daily cap | 0–24 h | None listed |
| Bank transfer | Tier daily cap | 3–7 days | None listed |

Alternatives to Spinrise Casino
No online casino can hold an Australian licence, so the legal local options are licensed wagering providers and land-based venues.
| Casino | Bonus | Local licence | Key difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Richard Casino | Up to A$5,000 + 500 FS over 5 deposits | No (offshore) | 5-deposit welcome package, 176-level loyalty program |
| TAB | — | Yes (Australian licensed wagering provider) | Sports and racing betting only, no online casino games; covered by BetStop |
| Land-based casinos (e.g. Crown, The Star) | — | Yes (state-licensed venues) | Casino games in person only; venue self-exclusion programs |
Player Reviews
Spinrise Casino reviews show a high safety score, a mid-range expert rating and a recurring complaint pattern.
- Casino Guru: Safety Index of 8.1 on a 10-point scale (“High”), checked in November 2026. Casino Guru does not list the casino on any blacklist but flags two T&C clauses as unfair (see Section 7).
- AskGamblers: CasinoRank of 5.7/10 and a player rating of 9.3/10 from 182 reviews. Of 22 complaints, 15 are marked resolved. Most complaints allege that self-exclusion or account-closure requests were not actioned.
- Trustpilot: spinrise.com has a profile where the brand replies to reviews and directs players to [email protected].
On the positive side, the 9.3/10 player rating sits well above the CasinoRank, and the brand replies to reviews publicly. The main criticism, per the complaints, concerns how requests to restrict or close accounts are handled.
Responsible Gambling
Spinrise Casino is for adults aged 18+ only. Ask support to set deposit and loss limits before you play, and treat gambling as paid entertainment. BetStop does not cover offshore casinos such as Spinrise (see Section 3), so self-exclusion must be requested from the casino directly. For free, confidential support 24/7, call the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 or visit Gambling Help Online.
FAQ
Do I need a promo code for the Spinrise Casino welcome bonus?
No code is required on the site itself. During registration, the “Select your bonus” field lets you pick the First Deposit, High Roller or First Live Deposit offer, and the bonus is applied to your deposit automatically. Codes listed on review sites are covered in Section 7. If you skipped the bonus by mistake, ask live chat whether the offer can still be added before you play with that deposit balance.
Where can I complain if a dispute with Spinrise Casino is not resolved?
Start with support: describe the issue in live chat, then send the details and any screenshots to [email protected] so you have a written record. If the casino does not resolve it, you can escalate to the Tobique Gaming Commission, which issued licence No. 0000064 to the operator. There is no Australian regulator or ombudsman for offshore casinos, so keep copies of every message, transaction ID and document you submit until the matter is closed.
How long do withdrawals take at Spinrise Casino?
A withdrawal first sits in a pending period of 0–48 hours. After approval, crypto and e-wallet payouts usually arrive within 0–24 hours, while bank transfers take 3–7 days. Your first request may also trigger identity verification, which takes 0–72 hours if your documents are clear and complete. Gold VIP members get faster withdrawals and a higher daily limit, and the cashier shows which payout methods and limits are available for your account.
Can I use BetStop to block myself from Spinrise Casino?
No. BetStop covers only Australian-licensed online and phone wagering providers, and Spinrise operates under an offshore licence, so registering with BetStop will not close or restrict your account here. To self-exclude, contact support through live chat or email, ask for self-exclusion or account closure, and keep the written confirmation. If the request is not actioned, escalate to the Tobique Gaming Commission and call the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 for free support.
Can I try Spinrise Casino games before depositing?
Yes, in two ways. Many pokies in the lobby have a demo mode, so you can open a game, check its paytable and features, and spin with virtual credits before you deposit. Demo mode is not offered on every title. The second option is the Subscribe promotion: following Spinrise on Telegram or Instagram unlocks 20 no-deposit free spins. Those spins carry bonus terms, so read the Bonus T&Cs in the site footer before you claim them.
